1999 Mazda 626 ES 33k Original Miles, Clean Carfax in Wellington, FL

When my wife and I were looking for a first car for our niece to use for college - we looked in Century Village (a retirement condo community) for a car that was lightly used. As in many cases with Florida cars that sit in the sun most of their lives the paint was faded. We had the car painted a few months ago. Our niece decided to move back home (out of state) and we have no use for the car ourselves.This is a 4 cylinder Mazda and I average about 30 miles per gallon - but I drive very lightly.These cars typically have transmission troubles early on in their lives. If you do a little research on the internet you'll find the reason for this is they overheat. It was a very bad design - especially so in hot climates. This car began showing some signs of transmission trouble so I had it rebuilt. A transmission cooler was installed to avoid having it overheat the way the stock transmission would. So you're safe there and this rebuilt transmission should last a long, long time. It has about 150 miles on it since then.The engine runs excellent. The transmission shifts perfectly. All four tires were recently replaced. The air conditioning works perfectly. It's excellent transportation and I would not fear driving it anywhere.
